Florence Lois Weber (13 Juni 1879 – 13 November 1939) adalah seorang aktris, penulis skenario, produser dan sutradara Amerika pada era film bisu. Dia diidentifikasi dalam beberapa referensi sejarah sebagai "sutradara wanita paling penting yang dikenal industri film Amerika",[1] dan di antara "sutradara film paling penting dan produktif pada era film bisu".[2][3] Sejarawan film Anthony Slide juga menegaskan, "Bersama dengan D.W.
