Loris Capirossi (lahir 4 April 1973) adalah juara dunia GP 125cc dua kali yaitu tahun 1990, dan 1991 dan juga juara dunia GP 250cc pada tahun 1998. Pada tahun 2000 ia bertarung di GP 500cc bergabung bersama Alex Barros di tim Emerson Honda Pons di bawah asuhan Sito Pons. Pembalap bernomor start 65 ini berada di urutan 7 klasemen akhir 2000. Pada tahun 2001 ia dan Barros masih di tim yang sama tetapi dengan sponsor tim West, nama tim berubah menjadi West Honda Pons. Di musim 2001 ia berada di posisi 3 klasemen akhir. Di musim balap MotoGP 2002 ia balapan di tim West Honda Pons.
