Louis 'Lou' Pagliaro (5 Mei 1919 – 8 Juli 2009) adalah mantan pemain tenis meja profesional asal Amerika Serikat, yang memenangkan kejuaraan nasional Amerika Serikat pada empat kesempatan, termasuk tiga tahun berturut-turut pada tahun 1940-an.[1]
