Louis Jolliet (21 September 1645 – setelah Mei 1700) adalah seorang penjelajah Prancis-Kanada yang dikenal karena penemuan-penemuannya di Amerika Utara.[1] Pada 1673, Jolliet dan Padri Yesuit Jacques Marquette, seorang imam Katolik dan misionaris, adalah orang non-penduduk asli pertama yang menjelajahi dan memetakan Sungai Mississippi Hulu.
