Luas adalah sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Kaur, Bengkulu, Indonesia. Kecamatan ini berjarak sekitar 15 kilometer dari pusat pemerintahan Kabupaten Kaur ke arah utara. Pusat pemerintahannya berada di Desa Bangun Jiwa.
