Lucian Gabriel Wiina Msamati (lahir 5 Maret 1976) adalah seorang aktor, penulis, sutradara, dan produser berkebangsaan Inggris-Tanzania yang dikenal karena karyanya di teater, film, televisi, dan radio. Peran layarnya yang terkenal termasuk Salladhor Saan dalam serial HBO Game of Thrones, J.L.B. Matekoni dalam adaptasi BBC/HBO dari The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency, David Runihura dalam film thriller Netflix/BBC Black Earth Rising, Ed Dumani dalam serial Sky/AMC Gangs of London dan Kardinal Adeyemi dalam Conclave.

Di teater, Msamati adalah aktor kulit hitam pertama yang memerankan Iago di Royal Shakespeare Company, dalam produksi tahun 2015 Othello.
