Luti gendang

Luti Gendang adalah makanan khas Anambas, Kepulauan Riau. Luti gendang sendiri terbuat dari tepung terigu, telur, gula putih, mentega, dan ragi roti. Biasanya, luti gendang berisi serunding ikan. Uniknya, hingga saat ini proses pembuatan luti gendang masih dilakukan secara tradisional. Makanan ini biasa disajikan pagi hari saat sarapan ditemani dengan kopi maupun teh panas. Luti gendang juga banyak di jumpai terjual di kedai-kedai kopi yang ada di provinsi Kepulauan Riau, seperti Batam, Tanjungpinang, dan Karimun.[1]
