Kehidupan Awal

Petsch lahir pada 18 Agustus 1994 di Port Orchard, Washington.[2][3][4][5] Pada usia tiga tahun, dia mengembangkan gairah untuk menari dan mulai kelas tari, kemudian kelas teater diikuti dua tahun setelahnya.
