Manama (bahasa Arab: المنامة al-Manāma) adalah sebuah daerah di Uni Emirat Arab (UEA), salah satu dari dua eksklave keamiran Ajman (yang lainnya adalah Masfout). Luas tanahnya terutama digunakan untuk penggunaan pertanian. Para kolektor prangko dikenal karena sejumlah edisi prangko warna-warni dikeluarkan dari sana pada akhir 1960-an.[1]
Pada sensus tahun 2017 kota ini memiliki populasi 5.823 di area seluas 25,73 km2, yang sesuai dengan kepadatan penduduk 226,3 per km2.[2]
