Mansfelder Land adalah bekas sebuah Landkreis atau semacam kabupaten di negara bagian Sachsen-Anhalt di Jerman. Semenjak penataan wilayah ("Kreisgebietsreform") di Sachsen-Anhalt tahun 2007, landkreis ini digabung dengan Landkreis Sangerhausen menjadi Landkreis Mansfeld-Südharz.
Daerah ini terkenal karena di Eisleben, ibu kota Landkreis ini, Martin Luther lahir. Mansfeld juga merupakan tempat kelahiran tokoh geografi dan perkebunan Indonesia pada masa kolonial, Junghuhn.
