Mantapsan (atau Gunung Mant'ap, Josŏn-gŭl: 만탑산) adalah gunung di selatan Provinsi Hamgyong Utara, Korea Utara.[1] Puncak granitnya,[2] dengan ketinggian 2.205 m (7.234 ft), adalah bagian dari Pegunungan Hamgyong. Gunung ini terletak di perbatasan Kabupaten Kilju, Kabupaten Myŏnggan, dan Kabupaten Orang.

Tahanan politik kabarnya dipaksa menggali terowongan ke sisi selatan gunung, tepatnya di situs uji nuklir dekat P'unggye-ri.[3] Sejumlah terowongan horizontal ini diperkirakan memiliki lebar dan tinggi 2-3 meter dan panjang ratusan meter.[4] Ini adalah lokasi uji nuklir Korea Utara pada tahun 2006, 2009, 2013, dan 2016.[5]

Kamp konsentrasi Hwasong seluas 549 km2 (212 sq mi), kamp konsentrasi terbesar Korea Utara,[6] terletak di antara Mantapsan dan Myŏnggan (Hwasŏng).
