Manuel Carlos Valls Galfetti (bahasa Prancis: [ma.nɥɛl vals], bahasa Katalan: [mənuˈɛɫ ˈβaʎs]; lahir 13 Agustus 1962) adalah seorang politikus Prancis yang menjadi Perdana Menteri Prancis sejak 31 Maret 2014. Ia menjadi Menteri Dalam Negeri dari 2012-14. Ia adalah anggota Partai Sosialis.
Lahir di Barcelona dari ayah Spanyol dan ibu Swiss, Valls menjadi Wali kota Évry dari 2001–12 dan pertama kali terpilih dalam Majelis Nasional Prancis pada 2002.
