Manyung utik ( Netuma thalassina ) [2] adalah spesies ikan lele dalam famili Ariidae . Itu dijelaskan oleh Eduard Rüppell pada tahun 1837, awalnya di bawah genus Bagrus .[1] Itu mendiami muara dan kadang-kadang badan air tawar, di Jepang, Australia, Polinesia, Vietnam selatan di Delta Mekong, Laut Merah dan Samudra Hindia barat laut. Itu berdiam di kisaran kedalaman 10 hingga 195 m (33 hingga 640 ft) .[3] Ini mencapai panjang total maksimum 185 cm (73 in), tetapi biasanya mencapai TL 70 cm (28 in) .
