Marcos Ambrose (lahir 1 September 1976[1] ) merupakan seorang pembalap mobil profesional asal Australia yang saat ini membalap di ajang NASCAR Seri Piala Sprint bersama tim Richard Petty Motorsports. Sebelum membalap di NASCAR, Ambrose membalap di ajang V8 Supercars di negara asalnya di Australia dan ia berhasil menjadi juara umum di musim 2003 dan 2004.
