Marella Agnelli (pelafalan dalam bahasa Italia: [maˈrɛlla aɲˈɲɛlli]; nee Donna Marella Caracciolo dei Principi di Castagneto [ˈdɔnna maˈrɛlla kaˈrattʃolo di kastaɲˈɲeːto]; 4 Mei 1927 – 23 Februari 2019)[1] adalah seorang bangsawan, kolektor seni, sosialita asal Italia, ikon gaya dan istri ketua Fiat Gianni Agnelli. Dia sering muncul di majalah mode Vogue. Dia dinobatkan menjadi anggota Hall of Fame pada tahun 1963.[2][3]
