Marghita (bahasa Rumania: Marghita; bahasa Hungaria: Margitta) adalah kota yang terletak di provinsi Bihor, Rumania. Nama kota ini berasal dari "Margit" (Marget), seorang santa pelindung. Kota Marghita pertama kali disebut dalam sebuah dokumen pada tahun 1216.
Kini, sekitar 19.000 penduduk tinggal di Marghita. 50% dari penduduk Marghita merupakan orang Rumania, 46% Hungaria dan 4% adalah kelompok etnis lainnya.
