Martha Gultom (lahir 15 Juni 1939) adalah mantan perenang Indonesia.[1] Ia berkompetisi pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 1956 di Melbourne, Australia. Ia bertanding di nomor gaya dada 200 meter putri, tetapi gagal menembus babak penyisihan. Bersama dengan Ria Tobing, ia menjadi atlet perempuan pertama yang mewakili Indonesia pada ajang Olimpiade.[2]
