Mary Maxwell Gates (5 Juli 1929 – 10 Juni 1994) adalah seorang pebisnis asal Amerika Serikat. Gates bekerja selama 18 tahun (1975–1993) di dewan regensi University of Washington. Ia merupakan presiden wanita pertama United Way King County, wanita pertama yang mengetuai komite eksekutif United Way tempat ia bekerja bersama CEO IBM, John Opel, serta wanita pertama di dewan direktur First Interstate Bank of Washington. Putra Mary, Bill Gates, adalah pendiri pendamping Microsoft.
