Constance Mary Whitehouse CBE (nama gadis Hutcheson; 13 Juni 1910 – 23 November 2001) wadalah seorang aktivis konservatif sekaligus pengajar asal Inggris. Dia berkampanye melawan liberalisme sosial dan media arus utama Inggris, yang keduanya dia tuduh mendorong masyarakat yang masih berpikir permisif. Dia adalah pendiri dan presiden pertama Asosiasi Pemirsa dan Pendengar Nasional, di mana dia memimpin kampanye lama melawan BBC. Seorang konservatif sosial garis keras, dia disebut reaksioner oleh lawan-lawannya yang liberal secara sosial.
