Masjid Athena (bahasa Yunani: Αθηνών Τζαμί), secara resmi bernama Masjid Votanikos (bahasa Yunani: Βοτανικός Τζαμί) atau lebih dikenal dengan Masjid Baru Athena (bahasa Yunani: Αθήνα Νέο Τζαμί) adalah sebuah masjid yang berada lingkungan Votanikos, kota Athena, Provinsi Attika, Yunani. Masjid ini adalah masjid resmi pertama di ibu kota Yunani sejak Perang Kemerdekaan Yunani dan pada saat itu Athena menjadi satu-satunya ibu kota di Eropa yang tidak memiliki masjid hingga masa pembangunannya.[1] Proyek pembangunan masjid ini menghadapi tentangan dari Gereja Ortodoks Yunani dan protes sipil.[2]
