Masjid Baiat (bahasa Arab: مسجد الجمعة Masjid Al-Bai'ah) yang disebut juga sebagai Masjid Bani 'Aqabah adalah sebuah masjid di Makkah, Arab Saudi, yang dibangun oleh Al-Mansur pada tahun 144 H di tempat terjadinya Bai'at 'Aqabah Pertama dan Bai'at 'Aqabah Kedua antara Nabi Muhammad dengan kaum Anshar. Masjid ini terletak di bawah Wadi Mina, 300 meter dari tempat Jumrah Aqabah, sebelah kanan dari jembatan jamarat.
