Matabeleland Utara adalah sebuah provinsi di barat Zimbabwe. Berbatasan dengan provinsi Midlands dan Mashonaland Barat di timur dan timur laut masing-masing, dan provinsi Matabeleland Selatan dan kota Bulawayo di selatan. Perbatasan utara yang ditentukan oleh sungai Zambezi, sementara perbatasan barat dibagi dengan negara Botswana. Provinsi ini memiliki luas wilayah 75.025 km² dan penduduk sekitar 700.000 jiwa (2002). Ibu kotanya adalah Lupane.
