Matsuya Foods Co. (株式会社松屋フーズ) (TYO: 9887) adalah sebuah jaringan restoran cepat saji asal Jepang. Didirikan pada tahun 1966, sampai pada tahun 2018, Matsuya memiliki 1080 cabang di 33 prefektur Jepang dan juga di Shanghai, Tiongkok.[1]

Matsuya termasuk dalam kategori restoran cepat saji. Menu utama yang terkenal ialah adalah nasi daging sapi atau gyūdon.[2] Di Jepang, kompetitor Matsuya untuk hidangan gyudon ialah Yoshinoya atau Sukiya. Menurut konsumen, harga hidangan Matsuya lebih murah.[2] Menu lain Matsuya adalah donburi dan kari.
