Maxim Vasilyevich Shmatov (Rusia: Максим Васильевич Шматов; Templat:Lahirmari) adalah seorang mayor Tentara Merah dan Pahlawan Uni Soviet. Shmatov dianugerahi gelar Pahlawan Uni Soviet dan Ordo Lenin atas kepemimpinannya terhadap batalion pada Serangan Budapest.[1]
