Maya Island Air (juga dikenal sebagai Maya Airways) adalah sebuah maskapai penerbangan yang berbasis di Belize City, Belize. Sejarah
Maskapai ini didirikan dan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 1962 sebagai Maya Airways. Maskapai ini didirikan untuk meneruskan perusahaan yang dimiliki pemerintah, British Honduras Airways, sebuah anak perusahaan dari BWIA, yang berhenti beroperasi pada tahun 1961. Pada bulan Desember 1997 Maya Airways dan Island Air bergabung untuk membentuk Maya Island Air.[1] Pada November 2007 semua maskapai penerbangan dari Belize kehilangan izin pendaratan mereka di Guatemala karena peningkatan level Guatemala menjadi Kategori 1.
