Maydaa (bahasa Arab: ميدعا) adalah sebuah desa di selatan Suriah, yang secara administratif merupakan bagian dari distrik Douma di kegubernuran Rif Dimashq, terletak di timur Damaskus. Wilayah-wilayah terdekatnya meliputi Adra di utara, al-Jarba di selatan dan Hawsh Nasri di barat. Menurut Biro Pusat Statistik Suriah (CBS), Maydaa memiliki populasi sebesar 3,108 dalam sensus tahun 2004.[1]
