Mayflower
Mayflower adalah kapal terkenal yang mengangkut separatis Inggris, lebih dikenal sebagai Pilgrim Fathers, dari Southampton, Inggris, ke Plymouth, Massachusetts (yang akan menjadi ibu kota Koloni Plymouth), tahun 1620.[1]
Kapal ini meninggalkan Inggris pada 6 September (penanggalan lama) / 16 September (penanggalan baru) dan setelah melewati perjalanan selama 66 hari dengan tantangan penyakit yang membunuh dua orang di kapal tersebut, kapal ini mendarat di Cape Cod (Pelabuhan Provincetown) pada [[11 November / 2 November.[1] Mayflower awalnya hendak berlayar menuju mulut Sungai Hudson, dekat New York.
