Megan Elizabeth Laura Diana Follows (lahir 14 Maret 1968)[1] adalah seorang aktris dan sutradara Kanada-Amerika. Dia dikenal karena perannya sebagai Anne Shirley di miniseri televisi Kanada, Anne of Green Gables (1985) dan dua sekuel lainnya. Dari 2013 hingga 2017, ia membintangi sebagai Catherine de' Medici, Ratu Prancis, dalam serial drama televisi Reign.
