Megumi Toyoguchi (豊口 めぐみ, Toyoguchi Megumi, lahir 2 Januari 1978) adalah seorang pengisi suara dan penyiar radio yang berada di bawah manajemen 81 Produce.
Beberapa karakter yang pernah diperankannya adalah Yao Sakurakouji di Miami Guns, Ran Kotobuki di Super Gals!, Winry Rockbell di Fullmetal Alchemist (anime pertama), Sei Sato di Maria-sama ga Miteru, Revy di Black Lagoon, Hikari (Dawn) di Pokémon, dan Eren Kurokawa di Suite Precure. Dalam permainan video, ia pernah mengisi suara untuk Paine di Final Fantasy X-2, Rosie di Valkyria Chronicles dan Yukari Takeba di Persona 3, yang terakhir telah dibuat menjadi serial film.
