Melanie Neige Scrofano[2] (lahir 20 Desember 1981) adalah seorang aktris asal Kanada. Ia dikenal melalui perannya sebagai Mrs. McMurray dalam serial komedi Crave Letterkenny, Rebecca dalam serial komedi-drama CBC Being Erica, October dalam serial mokumenter Showcase Pure Pwnage, serta Tia dalam serial drama fantasi CTV The Listener.[3] Dari 2016 hingga 2021, Scrofano membintangi peran utama dalam drama western modern Syfy Wynonna Earp.[4][5] Pada 2019, ia berperan sebagai Emilie dalam film komedi horor Ready or Not.
