Melvin Twellaar (lahir 23 Desember 1996) adalah seorang pendayung Belanda. Ia menjadi juara dunia pada tahun 2023. Bersama Stef Broenink, ia memenangkan medali perak di Olimpiade Musim Panas 2020 dalam nomor scull ganda.[2][3] Dia masih mendayung perahu ganda bersama Broenink saat mereka memenangkan medali emas di perahu itu pada Kejuaraan Dunia Dayung 2023.
