Tour Opus12 merupakan sebuah pencakar langit perkantoran yang terletak di La Défense, Puteaux, distrik bisnis besar di barat dan dekat kota Paris, Prancis.
Pencakar langit asli dibangun pada tahun 1973 dan tingginya 100 meter.
Dari 2002 hingga 2004 direnovasi oleh Bouygues, menghilangkan asbes, diperpanjang 3,50 m ke timur (menuju Tour Ariane) dan 60 cm di sisi lain, dibangun kembali dari dalam, façade telah diubah.
