Merek jasa adalah merek dagang yang digunakan di Amerika Serikat dan beberapa negara lain untuk mengidentifikasi sebuah layanan/jasa (bukan produk).[1][2]

Ketika merek jasa sudah terdaftar secara federal, simbol registrasi standar ® atau "Reg U.S. Pat & TM Off" dapat digunakan (simbol yang sama digunakan untuk menandai merek dagang terdaftar). Sebelum terdaftar, simbol merek jasa ℠ (superskrip SM) dapat digunakan dengan catatan ada kepastian hukum.

Simbol merek jasa dipetakan dalam Unicode sebagai U+2120 ℠ service mark.[3] Peramban yang mampu menampilkan Unicode diperlukan untuk menunjukkan karakter ini dengan benar, yang tampak mirip dengan " SM ". Entitas HTML-nya adalah ℠
