Merle Reskin Theatre adalah tempat pertunjukan seni yang terletak di kawasan komunitas Loop di Chicago, Illinois. Awalnya bernama Blackstone Theatre, tempat ini dibangun pada tahun 1910. Berganti nama menjadi Merle Reskin Theatre pada tahun 1992, tempat ini sekarang menjadi bagian dari DePaul University, dan juga digunakan untuk acara dan pertunjukan kelompok lain. Tempat ini menjadi rumah bagi seri Chicago Playworks for Families and Young Audiences yang diproduksi oleh The Theatre School of DePaul.
Bangunan ini dirancang oleh Marshall dan Fox serta dikembangkan oleh Tracy C. Drake dan John Drake dari Drake Hotel yang terkenal di bekas lokasi rumah besar Timothy Blackstone dan berdekatan dengan Blackstone Hotel. Teater ini memiliki sejarah pertunjukan langsung yang sering kali berupa produksi tur pertunjukan yang sukses dan memenangkan penghargaan.
