Private Michael A. Dillon (29 September 1839 – 6 Oktober 1904) adalah seorang prajurit Amerika Serikat yang berjuang dalam Perang Saudara Amerika. Dillon meraih penghargaan tertinggi negara tersebut untuk keberanian saat bertempur, Medal of Honor, atas pengabdiannya dalam Pertempuran Williamsburg di Virginia pada 5 Mei 1862 dan Pertempuran Oak Grove di Virginia pada 25 Juni 1862. Ia dianugerahi penghargaan tersebut pada 10 Oktober 1889.[1][2]
