Michiko Neya (根谷 美智子, Neya Michiko, lahir 4 Oktober 1965) adalah seorang seiyuu asal Jepang. Hingga 1998, ia berafiliasi dengan Arts Vision[2] dan saat ini menjadi pekerja lepas. Beberapa peran utamanya dalam anime termasuk karakter judul dalam New Cutie Honey, Jun the Swan di Gatchaman 94, Ritsuko Takahashi di Hell Teacher Nube, Melissa Mao di Full Metal Panic!, Riza Hawkeye di Fullmetal Alchemist dan Doll Izumi di Super Doll Licca-chan.
