Mides pundong
Mides Pundong adalah singkatan dari "bakmi pedes Pundong". Mides dapat dimasak dengan kuah maupun digoreng. Berbeda dengan kebanyakan mie yang dibuat dari tepung terigu, bahan baku mides menggunakan tepung ketela/tapioka.[1] [2] Ukuran mienya juga lebih besar daripada mie biasa, karena mie ini dibuat dengan cara diiris bukan digiling. Saat disajikan rasanya kenyal, berwarna kuning bercampur dengan telur ditambah dengan kobis dan timun.
