Milas

Monumen buatan Romawi di Milas.

Milas (bahasa Yunani kuno Mylasa Μύλασα) adalah kota kuno dan pusat distrik bernama sama di Provinsi Muğla di Turki barat daya. Distrik Milas memiliki perekonomian yang aktif, dengan peninggalan sejarah yang kaya. Di distrik ini terdapat dua puluh tujuh situs arkeologi penting. Kota Milas adalah ibu kota pertama Karia kuno dan ibu kota beylik Anatolia Menteşe pada Abad Pertengahan. Di sana ada komunitas Yahudi.[1]
