Minas adalah sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Siak, Riau. Kota Minas merupakan salah satu daerah yang pertumbuhannya cukup pesat dibandingkan dengan daerah lainnya di Riau. Ini disebabkan Minas mempunyai ladang minyak yang kaya, bersama Duri dan Dumai, Prestasi ladang minyak Minas memberi sumbangan besar dari tahun 1970-1980, rata-rata dengan produksi di kisaran 200.000 - 400.000 bopd (barrel oil per day) bagi produksi minyak mentah Indonesia.
