Mircea Veroiu (pengucapan bahasa Rumania: [ˈmirt͡ʃe̯a veˈroju]; 29 April 1941 – 26 Desember 1997) adalah seorang sutradara dan penulis naskah asal Rumania. Ia menyutradarai 22 film antara 1968 dan 1997. Ia merupakan anggota juri di Festival Film Internasional Berlin ke-41.[1]
