Mishik Airazatovich Kazaryan (bahasa Rusia: Мишик Айрозатович Казарян; 28 Februari 1948 – 7 April 2020) merupakan fisikawan Rusia-Armenia yang ahli dalam bidang fisika laser dan optik, peraih Penghargaan Negara Uni Soviet dalam bidang sains dan teknologi, anggota luar dari Armenian National Academy of Sciences, dan anggota dari AM Prokhorov Academy of Engineering Sciences. Kazaryan merupakan seorang pencipta laser berdenyut dalam wilayah spektrum cahaya tampak.
Kazaryan meninggal pada 7 April 2020 di Moskow karena komplikasi dari COVID-19, sepuluh hari setelah istrinya meninggal dengan kasus yang sama.[1]
