Mitsuko, Countess of Coudenhove-Kalergi (bahasa Jerman: Mitsuko, Gräfin von Coudenhove-Kalergi; 7 Juli 1874 – 27 Agustus 1941) dulunya dikenal sebagai Mitsu Aoyama (青山みつ), adalah salah satu orang Jepang pertama yang berimigrasi ke Eropa, setelah menjadi istri diplomat Austria-Hungaria, Heinrich von Coudenhove-Kalergi, di Tokyo. Ia adalah ibu dari Richard von Coudenhove-Kalergi.
