Mitsuo Hamada (Jepang: 浜田 光夫, Hepburn: Hamada Mitsuo, lahir 1 Oktober 1943 di Tokyo) adalah pemeran Jepang.[1] Ia berperan bersama dengan Sayuri Yoshinaga dalam banyak film-film Nikkatsu.[2] Pada tahun 1960, Hamada bergabung dengan Nikkatsu Company.[3] Ia memenangkan penghargaan utama yang pertamanya yaitu Elan d'or Awards pada tahun 1961.[3][4] Pada tahun 1966, Hamada terlibat dalam pertengkaran di sebuah bar di Nagoya dan hampir kehilangan satu matanya.[5] Peristiwa itu menghambat karier aktingnya.[5]
Hamada tampil dalam seri-seri pahlawan super Tokusatsu Ultraman Gaia pada tahun 1999.
