"Mitwa" (bahasa Hindi: मितवा, bahasa Indonesia: Teman) adalah sebuah lagu berbahasa Hindi yang berasal dari film Hindi tahun 2006 berjudul Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna yang disutradarai oleh Karan Johar, dibintangi oleh Shahrukh Khan, Rani Mukherji, Abhishek Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan dan Preity Zinta. Lagu ini disusun oleh Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, sedangkan liriknya ditulis oleh Javed Akhtar, lagu ini dinyanyikan oleh penyanyi asal Pakistan bernama Shafqat Amanat Ali.[1]
