Mizuki Itagaki (板垣瑞生, Itagaki Mizuki, 25 Oktober 2000 – 16 April 2025)[1] adalah pemeran, peragawan busana, penyanyi asal Jepang, dan mantan anggota M!LK. Ia tidak lagi berafiliasi dengan Stardust Promotion sejak 9 Maret 2024.
Pada tanggal 17 April 2025, diumumkan bahwa Mizuki meninggal dalam sebuah kecelakaan. Ia berusia 24 tahun.[2][3]
