Moctar Ouane (lahir 11 Oktober 1955) adalah seorang diplomat dan politikus Mali yang menjabat sebagai pelaksana tugas Perdana Menteri Mali dari 27 September 2020 sampai 25 Mei 2021, antara kudeta Mali 2020 dan kudeta Mali 2021.[1][2] Ia juga sebelumnya menjabat dalam pemerintahan Mali sebagai Menteri Urusan Luar Negeri dari Mei 2004 sampai April 2011.
