Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi (bahasa Persia: محمدمهدی طهرانچی; lahir 21 Maret 1965 – 13 Juni 2025) adalah seorang fisikawan teoretis dan ilmuwan nuklir Iran. Ia merupakan profesor di Institut Riset Laser dan Plasma serta Departemen Fisika Universitas Shahid Beheshti, anggota dewan pengawas sekaligus presiden Universitas Islam Azad. Ia juga pernah menjabat sebagai rektor dua cabang Universitas Islam Azad (di Teheran Pusat dan Provinsi Teheran) serta Universitas Shahid Beheshti.[1][2] Ia tewas pada 13 Juni 2025 dalam serangan Israel terhadap Iran pada bulan Juni 2025.[3][4][5]
