Molcajete
Molcajete ([molkaˈxete]; Spanyol Meksiko, dari Nahuatl molcaxitl) dan tejolote adalah alat batu, versi Meksiko tradisional dari cobek dan ulekan,[1][2] mirip dengan batan dari Amerika Selatan, yang dipakai untuk menumbuk berbagai bahan makanan.
Deskripsi
Molcajete dipakai oleh budaya-budaya Mesoamerika pra-Hispanik, termasuk Aztek dan Maya, sejak beberapa ribu tahun lalu.
