Momoko Okazaki (Jepang: 岡崎百々子; lahir 3 Maret 2003) adalah seorang penari dan mantan idola Jepang yang sempat menjadi anggota Sakura Gakuin. Ia bergabung dengan Sakura Gakuin pada 6 Mei 2015, dan keluar pada 24 Maret 2018. Pada Juni 2019, ia diangkat menjadi penari pendukung BABYMETAL.
Pada Juli 2021, ia menjadi peserta acara survival grup vokal perempuan MNET, Girls Planet 999.[1]
