Morris Halle (/ˈhæli/; 23 Juli 1923 – 2 April 2018) adalah seorang linguis Yahudi Amerika Serikat kelahiran Latvia yang menjadi Institute Professor, dan kemudian profesor emeritus linguistik di Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dijuluki bapak fonologi modern,[1] ia dikenal karena karya pionirnya dalam fonologi generatif
